
Meet Nayeli Dickinson, Paralegal
Nayeli’s career at Kaplan Morrell started at the reception desk, where she was the first point of contact for clients. In that role, Nayeli honed her ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage complex communications with poise. Recognizing her attention to detail and passion for research, she moved into her current role as a paralegal. As a proud Spanish speaker, Nayeli serves as a crucial link for the firm’s diverse clients, ensuring language never blocks access to quality legal services. This skill, along with her promotion to paralegal, enables her to manage casework with a high level of empathy and cultural awareness.
Nayeli is currently pursuing a History BA and dual minors in Anthropology and Economics. Her education reflects a passion for knowledge and research, which adds depth to her perspective. Known for her great sense of humor, Nayeli has a natural ability to make everyone around her laugh and feel comfortable. Her warmth and lightheartedness contribute to a welcoming office environment where clients and colleagues alike feel at ease.
