Meet Maricarmen, Receptionist
Maricarmen serves as the welcoming face and voice of Kaplan Morrell, where she excels as the firm’s receptionist. Deeply passionate about providing top-notch customer service, she prides herself on being a friendly, empathetic, and calming presence for every client who walks through the door. Whether she is greeting a new visitor or assisting her teammates behind the scenes, Maricarmen is always ready to lend a helping hand and maintain a positive attitude.
Her dedication to helping others is rooted in her family life. Proudly Mexican and the eldest of five siblings, Maricarmen naturally stepped into a leadership role from a young age. This experience shaped her into the reliable, patient, and understanding professional she is today; she treats every client with the same care and advocacy she would offer her own family.
Originally born and raised in a border town in Texas, Maricarmen moved north and is now incredibly proud to call Colorado home. When she isn’t at the front desk, you can find her embracing her creative side through painting or exploring the stunning landscapes of the Rockies. She finds constant inspiration in Colorado’s natural beauty, which she frequently captures in her artwork.
