Meet Brandy, Sr. Paralegal
Brandy Halley is a Senior Paralegal and Team Manager at Kaplan Morrell, where she plays a vital role in guiding both clients and colleagues through the workers’ compensation process. In her role as Senior Paralegal, Brandy supports multiple attorneys by ensuring documentation is filed promptly, claims stay on track, and clients receive the assistance they need when challenges arise. As Team Manager, she also oversees the internal workings of the firm—helping with training, learning management systems, and keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Brandy’s journey with Kaplan Morrell began in 2000 when she started as a file clerk. Over the years, her dedication and skill led her to become a Paralegal, then Senior Paralegal, and now Team Manager. She holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Earth Science and Early Childhood Education. Brandy finds the most fulfillment in those moments when all the moving parts of a case come together perfectly—providing clarity and relief for clients during stressful times.
Outside the office, Brandy enjoys working on DIY projects around her home, baking delicious treats, and traveling. Her calm demeanor and ability to support others in high-pressure situations have made her a reliable and trusted team member. She’s known for her patience—a quality that shines through in every interaction with clients and coworkers alike.
