Meet Jever, Intake Specialist
Jever is a Native Spanish speaker with many years of experience in customer care.
Born and raised in Mexico, originally from the State of Guanajuato, he moved to San Luis Potosí with his mother to continue his education.
Proud former student of Instituto Cultural Manuel Jose Othon, Jever achieved English proficiency at a very early age, obtaining certification from Cambridge while still in elementary school. At 17, Jever started working in restaurants and the hotel industry to further develop his English skills and customer care in various areas, culminating in several years of interpreting experience in both the medical and legal fields.
Avid toy collector and advocate for Spanish speakers with limited English proficiency;
Jever takes pride in helping people navigate the complex systems that appear to be stacked against the working class in America.
