Sterling Hernandez, a legal assistant at Kaplan Morrell, is certified through MSU Denver and brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to his work advocating for injured workers. Born in the Dominican Republic and a proud United States Marine Corps veteran with multiple overseas deployments, he understands resilience and service. His career in workers’ compensation law began after he suffered a workplace
injury and experienced the complexities of the system firsthand. That experience drives his passion for helping others who find themselves in similar situations. Sterling is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, empathy, and strong advocacy, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
