Meet Aemille Grace, Document Manager
Aemille Grace Loren Esperas is the document manager at Kaplan Morrell, where she oversees the organization and processing of client medical records and documentation. For the past six years, Aemille has played a crucial role in ensuring that the medical records tied to each workers’ compensation case are accurately sorted and easily accessible. While the task may be never-ending, Aemille approaches it with joy and dedication, knowing that her work contributes directly to helping injured workers navigate their claims more smoothly.
Aemille is originally from the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. A full-time freelancer since 2011, she joined Kaplan Morrell remotely and says the experience has been the highlight of her freelancing career. Despite living halfway across the world, Aemille feels deeply connected to the KM team, appreciating the respectful, supportive, and flexible work environment. She describes her role as a “dream job”—one that combines her love for organization with the freedom to work independently and contribute meaningfully from afar.
Outside of work, Aemille enjoys listening to music, watching documentaries, films, and series, and traveling. She also stays active and focuses on living a healthy lifestyle. Known for being efficient, organized, and deeply self-motivated, Aemille embraces her identity as an introvert with a creative heart and boundless dreams. She takes pride in being a team player who contributes thoughtfully and passionately to the shared success of Kaplan Morrell.
