Eulalia “Lalie” Juarez Vera is a bilingual paralegal at Kaplan Morrell who assists injured workers in securing medical and monetary benefits under Colorado’s Workers’ Compensation Law. She works closely with attorneys to provide the best possible legal representation as part of a dedicated team. Lalie’s compassionate approach and attentive listening skills make her an invaluable resource for clients navigating difficult situations.
Born in Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico, Lalie immigrated to Colorado in 1989. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science in 1995 and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2020. Having survived the COVID-19 pandemic, she brings resilience and grace to both her personal and professional life. Lalie’s ability to offer calm and empathetic support, sometimes simply guiding clients through breathing exercises or letting them “vent,” helps clients feel heard and cared for during stressful times.
Lalie enjoys traveling and has created beautiful memories visiting cities such as London, Paris, Mexico City, New York, and many national parks, including Glacier, Yellowstone, and Rocky Mountain. Known for her down-to-earth nature, compassion, and strong sense of responsibility, she approaches each day with diligence and respect, providing dependable and heartfelt support to every client she serves.
