Meet Gina, Office Manager
Gina Morrell is the Office Manager at Kaplan Morrell, where she oversees a wide range of operational responsibilities that keep the firm running smoothly. Over the years, her role has included everything from purchasing office supplies and managing expenses to overseeing employee benefits, payroll, HR, and business banking. Gina’s work ensures that both the office and the team are well-supported, allowing the attorneys and staff to focus on what matters most—serving injured workers.
What Gina enjoys most about her role is supporting the Kaplan Morrell team. Whether it’s helping employees understand their benefits or making sure they have the tools they need to work comfortably and effectively, she finds great satisfaction in making a positive impact on those around her. She takes pride in responding quickly to the needs of her coworkers and providing encouragement as they grow their skills, believing that happy, supported teammates make the entire workplace more rewarding.
Born in Texas and raised in Colorado, Gina proudly calls Colorado home. A graduate of Greeley Central High School, she went on to study Business in college. Outside of the office, she loves traveling and has most recently taken up cycling. One of her greatest personal accomplishments has been completing a 3,000-mile cycling journey across five countries—from Athens to Lisbon. Gina is proud of the growth Kaplan Morrell has achieved through the years, recognizing that the firm’s success is truly a team effort.
